The White Plains Shrine Club is sponsoring the 3rd Annual Bruce Ward Memorial Golf Tournament on June 4, 2005. It will be a 4 man Captain’s Choice format.

 During the tournament, there will be many prizes available, including 4 Hole-in-One contests where you could win $15,000 or a new Harley-Davidson motorcycle!

There will also be a raffle for a chance to take a shot for $1,000,000!

 Many of you are aware of the wonderful work the Shriners do for the children of our community. This is one of the many ways you can help the Shriners continue their work for the burned and crippled children.

 The tournament is named for a Shriner by the name of Bruce Ward, whom we lost in November of 2002. He was a member of Woodbridge and an avid golfer. But his passion extended beyond golf when it came to the children of this community. He tirelessly gave his time as a past president of the White Plains Shrine Club and as the Hospital Coordinator for our area. He assisted many children with getting the care they needed. He also helped our area be represented by getting the only Shrine Bowl Queen ever selected from Kings Mountain.

 Let’s help the Shriners continue their work and the work of Bruce Ward for all the burned and crippled children by coming out and participating in this wonderful event.
